MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of JMA is to provide management and guidance in conforming to environmental regulations (i.e. National Historic Preservation Act – NHPA, National Environmental Policy Act – NEPA, Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act – NAGPRA, and California Environmental Quality Act – CEQA) to public and private entities related to construction, resource survey, management, preservation, restoration, analysis, impact determinations of proposed developments/ projects, and mitigation/ preservation requirements. The goal is to represent and serve JMA’s clients within the appropriate agency guidelines, standards and regulations. JMA retains expert, knowledgeable staff members that are realistic about the often-conflicting concerns of science and economics and effective in problem solving.
