JMA provided archaeological and paleontological mitigation and monitoring services, pre-construction surveys, pre-construction salvage, construction mitigation monitoring and salvage, curation of fossils, and mitigation and documentation reports, including monthly and yearly progress reports and final reports. Archaeological and paleontological consulting services, included: EIR response to comments, agency meeting consultation, preparation of paleontological sections for EIRs on 6 residential village sites, literature searches, field surveys, PRIMPs, interim and final reports. This will be a 20-year project requiring multiples phases of construction grading for residential communities throughout the property.
